Sparks research expands presence into downtown greenville

Office opening marks the first national marketing research firm to enter the growing Greenville market; indicates first step in planned future expansion into area. 

GREENVILLE, SC:  Sparks Research, a leading national marketing research and business intelligence firm for over 45 years, is pleased to announce their expansion into Greenville, SC with the opening of a second office.   

The office is located in the heart of downtown in the state-of-the-art Endeavor community, on the fourth floor of the ONE Building.  Endeavor is a shared community space made up of curated companies offering marketing and creative-related services.  Sparks Research is pleased to join the many talented companies and diverse offerings that make up Endeavor’s membership, several of whom already count themselves as Sparks’ strategic partners.

The company’s primary operations remain in Clemson, SC, which houses their corporate offices as well as a 60-person telephone center.  These broad in-house capabilities are rare in today’s market, even for full-service marketing research firms.  This not only increases the company’s quality control and project management flexibility, but allows them to hire locally.  This local commitment has been extended with the move into Greenville.

Sparks Research plans to continue to expand its presence in Greenville by adding personnel and specialized research capabilities and facilities.  This includes an expansion of their qualitative services, with an emphasis on focus group facilitation and moderation. While they currently do a significant number of qualitative or mixed method projects (qual + quant), this deeper focus will help to meet demand in the Upstate market and serve as a compliment to their expansive quantitative capabilities.
